Subscription renewals
You can cancel a subscription any time from your account or by emailing us; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then stops renewing. Renewal charges after the first period are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, get in touch within 14 days of that charge and we'll sort it out fairly.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@girato.app from the address you purchased with.
- Tell us it's a refund request; include your order or the email your licence key came to.
- We'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within a few business days.
